If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Approved refund requests will be processed back to the original payment method.

Satisfaction Guarantee Terms

• Limited to one (1) satisfaction guarantee claim per customer
• Applies only to purchases made directly through www.downbadstrips.com
• Does not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers, affiliates, or resellers
• DownBad Strips LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests where fraud, abuse, excessive claims, or policy manipulation is suspected

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@downbadstrips.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos if applicable

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by DownBad Strips LLC.
